What does Rescue include?
Rescue is for an app that already exists, usually built with an AI builder such as Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or v0, and is now broken, insecure or stuck. It starts with a short written audit (₹15k–25k, credited against the rescue if you go ahead). The audit says whether the app can be stabilised or should be rebuilt.
- A written audit of the code, data and permissions.
- Fixes for the issues that block launch: broken flows, data and sign-in problems, exposed keys.
- Tests around the flows that matter and a security pass, signed off by a person.
- Deployment you control, and a short handover note.
- A fixed price for the fix, agreed before work starts.
Timeline is 1–2 weeks after the audit. If the audit says the base is too weak, we say so and price a rebuild as a Build project instead. More in fixing a vibe-coded app.
What does Build include?
Build is the main package: one internal tool, client portal or workflow automation, taken from a spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp process to a web app your team logs in to.
- One core product, with the roles it needs, such as staff, manager and admin.
- Sign-in, data model and the screens for lists, forms and detail views.
- A dashboard or reports for the main numbers.
- A few integrations, for example WhatsApp or email alerts, payments or accounting export.
- Import of your existing spreadsheet data.
- A clickable prototype in week one and live previews after that.
- Tests, a security pass and sign-off by a person.
- Deployment, documentation and full ownership of the code.
Timeline is 3–4 weeks. See the guides on internal tools, client portals and workflow automation.
What does Platform include?
Platform is for software with several modules that work together, deep integrations, or AI features and agents that take actions in your systems.
- Several connected modules, such as operations, finance, customer portal and reporting.
- Five or more user roles with detailed permissions.
- Heavy or two-way integrations with existing systems.
- AI features or agents, with approval steps and logs for anything they do.
- A first release in 5–8 weeks, then further phases scoped and priced one at a time.
- Everything in Build: tests, security pass, deployment and ownership of the code.

How do the three packages compare?
| Rescue | Build | Platform | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | ₹75k–₹1.5L | ₹1.5L–₹3.5L | ₹3.5L–₹8L |
| Time | 1–2 weeks | 3–4 weeks | 5–8 weeks to first release, then phases |
| Starting point | An existing app | A process or idea | A multi-part operation |
| User roles | As in your app | 1–4 | 5 or more |
| Integrations | Those blocking launch | A few | Many, or deep ones |
| AI | Not included | One simple AI feature, if scoped | Features and agents that act |
What is not included?
- Native iOS and Android apps. We build web apps that work in a phone browser.
- Hosting fees, WhatsApp message fees, AI model usage and other third-party charges. You pay those directly to the provider.
- Heavy data migration from old software, unless it is in the written scope.
- A full rebuild inside a Rescue. If the audit says rebuild, it is priced as a Build.
- Ongoing support. It is optional, per request or on a monthly plan.
- Work outside the written scope. Changes are priced and agreed before they are built.
- GST, which is added where applicable.
These are listed in the written scope so nothing is a surprise.
How are the prices fixed?
The ranges above are indicative. After a short call you get a written scope with one fixed price, and you pay by milestone, not by the hour. Milestone payments mean you only pay for work you have seen.
A low number should make you check the scope. Ask for it in writing, ask who is responsible, and ask who owns the code. Our answers: it is in the written scope, one named person, and you own the code, deployment and accounts. Published agency quotes vary a lot (for instance Ecorpit lists simple MVPs at ₹4–12 lakh, linked below), so compare scopes, not headline numbers. See how we build.
How do you know which package fits?
- Is there already an app that is broken or stuck? That is Rescue.
- Is it one tool, portal or automation for a defined process? That is Build.
- Several modules, heavy integrations or AI agents? That is Platform.
- Try the cost estimator.
- Send the result to us, and we will confirm or correct it on a call.

What happens if the scope grows?
Changes are written down, priced and agreed before they are built. We also decline projects without a decision-maker, because that is the most common reason scope drifts.
Frequently asked questions
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The ranges are indicative, but every project gets a written fixed price before work starts. A bigger scope gets a bigger fixed price, agreed up front.
Do I pay all up front?
No. Payment is by milestone.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You own the code, deployment and accounts.
Can I add features later?
Yes. They are scoped and priced as a new piece of work.
How do I get a price?
After a short call you get a written scope with a fixed price. Rescues start with a short audit, ₹15k–25k, credited if you go ahead.
Is GST extra?
Yes, where applicable.
What if I only have a vague idea?
Start with the problem. We help shape the first version in the scoping call and prototype.
