Challenge
SecureTrans operates a 48-employee distribution network for FMCG and industrial goods across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, with warehousing, last-mile coordination, and vendor-managed inventory elements. They relied on custom Excel + macros for orders, Tally for accounts, WhatsApp for driver/warehouse coordination, and Zoho Inventory (partial).
Outcome
End-to-end Operations Platform with Order Management, Warehouse & Inventory (live tracking), Vendor/Driver Assignment with geofencing alerts, Client Portal for tracking, Automated Invoicing & Receivables, and Executive Dashboards. WhatsApp/SMS integrations for status updates and Razorpay for collections. Clean data migration from legacy sheets. Deployed on client's infrastructure with full code ownership.
